Adult Programs

Creativity in Focus film screenings, ARTLandish programming, and artist talks continue in the Katherine W. and Ezekiel R. Dumke Jr. Auditorium while Museum galleries remain temporarily closed for reinstallation. Monthly Third Saturdays for Families art making continues every month in the UMFA education classroom.

The Museum Cafe and Store are open. Galleries reopen to the public the last weekend of August.

The UMFA offers a variety of programs for all adults. In addition to our regular lectures, programs, films, and classes we have a variety of podcasts and audio stops and self guides both in the gallery and to download.

if you would like to visit the museum, you can arrange for group visits or an Art Tour for Book Lovers through our tour coordinator, or you can drop in on a Highlights of the Collection Tour on first Wednesdays and most weekends—visit our Event Calendar to verify tour dates.

Want to be more involved? Become a volunteer! We have a variety of volunteer opportunities that can be tailored to your time schedule.
