Adult Programs

This fall, Creativity in Focus film screenings and ARTLandish programs return to the Katherine W. and Ezekiel R. Dumke Jr. Auditorium, while the rest of the Marcia and John Price Museum Building remains temporarily closed for remodeling. Monthly Third Saturdays for Families art making continues at the Beverley Taylor Sorenson Arts & Education Complex, located just steps away from the UMFA.

The Museum Cafe is now open and The Museum Store's annual Holiday Market returns to the UMFA Saturday, December 3. UMFA galleries will reopen to the public August 26, 2017.

The UMFA offers a variety of programs for all adults. In addition to our regular lectures, programs, films, and classes we have a variety of podcasts and audio stops and self guides both in the gallery and to download.

if you would like to visit the museum, you can arrange for group visits or an Art Tour for Book Lovers through our tour coordinator, or you can drop in on a Highlights of the Collection Tour on first Wednesdays and most weekends—visit our Event Calendar to verify tour dates.

Want to be more involved? Become a volunteer! We have a variety of volunteer opportunities that can be tailored to your time schedule.

For more information about these programs, call 801.581.3580 or email us at education@umfa.utah.edu.
