Art making in the UMFA Classroom and the UMOCA Art Truck!

Looking for a free family activity in Salt Lake City? Look no further than the Utah Museum of Fine Arts! Admission to the Museum is free every third Saturday of the month, and there is always an art-making activity for the whole family. This Third Saturday join arts educators create your own colorful prints!

Printmaking is a centuries-old art form and a favorite art-making activity at the UMFA. Printmaking takes many forms like woodcut, intaglio, etching, engraving, screen printing, lithography and more! Get inspired by the new exhibition For the Future: 25 Years of Collecting at the UMFA and create your own set of prints!

This Third Saturday is made all the more special by a visit from the Utah Museum of Contemporary Arts‘ Art Truck! Explore the history of paper money with artist Laura Sharp Wilson, and think about your own creative currency!
