Unearth a Story at your community library with the Utah Museum of Fine Arts! Nurture your curiosity, feed your imagination, and embrace the joy of discovery. Join the UMFA at Sweet Branch of The City Library to paint your own terracotta dishes.

The UMFA’s pottery collection is a treasure of ancient vases, pots, and dishes made from terracotta. Fun fact: Terracotta means “baked earth” in Italian! Find inspiration in these ancient artworks to decorate your own terracotta dishes.
