Mindfulness and Yoga at the UMFA | $49 Membership gets you 30+ classes

For as little $49 get 30+ sessions of yoga and mindfulness in a vibrant Museum setting with the purchase of a UMFA membership.  


Members also receive year-round access to the UMFA’s dynamic galleries and artful events, including artist and curator talks, live music, art-making, and more.

Classes are led by yoga master teacher Jendar Marie Morales and mindfulness expert Charlotte Bell. Yoga sponsored by University of Utah PEAK Health and Fitness. All levels are welcome and a limited number of yoga mats are available.

Yoga | Thursdays, 1-2 pm, August 22–October 17 (no class October 10) *Yoga will return in Spring 2020*

Mindfulness | Thursdays, 1-2 pm, October 24–December 19 (no mindfulness November 28)

Yoga and mindfulness drop-in price is regular Museum admission, $12.95 for adults | $9.95 seniors and youth (ages 6-18). Museum admission is free for children under the age of 6, UMFA members, U of U faculty, staff, and students, Students at public Utah universities, Utah Horizon/EBT cardholders, and active-duty military families.
