Reproduction Request

This request form is for researchers, writers, students, faculty, journalist, and others who want images of objects from the UMFA’s permanent collection for publication, research, or personal use. Please allow up to four weeks to complete the request. If the files are needed sooner to meet a deadline please note that information on the Additional Infomation section of the form. Requests are contingent on staffing and image availability. Rush orders or objects requiring digitization will incur additional fees.
