Take an opportunity to slow down this Thursday and practice mindfulness with instructor Charlotte Bell. Join us as we explore the UMFA galleries and seek to find stillness within ourselves. Practice slow and mindful looking at artwork and participate in traditional guided meditation. This free meditation practice is perfect for beginners—everyone is welcome. There will be six sessions in all, and guests are welcome to attend as many as they would like.
