Join instructor Charlotte Bell and explore the UMFA collection as we seek to find stillness within ourselves. Practice slow and mindful looking at artwork as well as traditional, guided meditation. This meditation practice is perfect for beginners—everyone is welcome.

Charlotte Bell has practiced yoga since 1982. She is certified by B. K. S. Iyengar, teaching classes and workshops continuously since 1986. Bell started practicing Insight Meditation in 1988 and has attended silent retreats of up to 30 days almost every year since.
