Collections Visit Request

Current visit requests are individually assessed and approved.  We may not be able to accommodate all requests due to staffing and space availability. Visit requests must be submitted at least four weeks ahead.

You can browse the collection on our on-line database.
We provide digital images for research, scholarly, and publication purposes.

Who will be teaching/discussing the art during this visit?
*Collections personnel do not speak on the art other than what is available in the database.
Visit the UMFA online database to see all objects in the collection.
Please list up to 5 objects from the collection, using the Object ID Number (UMFA0000.000) and title. 
Some requested objects may not be available for viewing. 
Please give us at least three possible dates and times for your visit. Visits are generally limited to one hour.
