Art + Wellness: Mindfulness

Take an opportunity to slow down this Thursday and practice mindfulness with instructor Charlotte Bell. Join us as we explore the UMFA galleries and seek to find stillness within ourselves. Practice slow and mindful looking at artwork as well as participate in traditional guided meditation. This free meditation practice is perfect for beginners—everyone is welcome. There will be seven sessions in all and guests are welcome to attend as many or as few as they would like.

Art + Wellness sessions are free with museum admission, but for as little as $52 you could become a UMFA Member and get 30+ sessions of tai chi, mindfulness, and all the other perks that are included with a UMFA membership!
