Construction at the UMFA
2025 marks a year of change for the UMFA as we transform and reimagine our gallery spaces to better serve the works in our collection, and you, our visitors! The current European galleries will shift, creating a brand-new space showcasing the arts of Mexico and Central and South America, as well as a new portrait gallery on the second floor. On the first floor, you’ll find an updated North American Art gallery as well as a new installation in the Great Hall!
